The Govenders

Why today: 10 years in the home on Sunday; gauge 0, 67 days since you spoke

Hi Govenders. Ten years in the home this Sunday. That is a proper milestone. I still remember when you moved in. How is the daughter finding varsity, and how is the house treating you after all this time?

Marius and Elsa

Why today: 7 years in the home on Friday; gauge 18, 41 days since you spoke

Marius and Elsa, seven years in Brackenhurst on Friday. Time flies. How is the home holding up, and is Marius still getting out on the bike? Let me know if you ever need a good referral for anything around the house.

Precious

Why today: birthday tomorrow

Happy birthday for tomorrow, Precious. Just wanted you to know I appreciate you. That Brackenhurst deal you sent through was a good one. Enjoy your day.

Shawn's challenge

Five past clients

Message five past clients. No pitch. Ask how the home is treating them and if they need a referral for anything.

Three past clients done before breakfast. Two more from your book today. No pitch, just ask how the home is. Five is the number.

Accountability

"It is very rare that an agent can do this on their own. If you are accountable to someone and remain consistent, you can achieve it."
